We’re ecstatic to announce that we’ve leased the entirety of the 12th and 14th floors at 330 Portage in Winnipeg, totaling 17,878 sq. ft to Public Services and Procurement Canada for September 1st, 2021. They’re responsible for the internal servicing and administration for the Canadian Government and they were recognized in 2018 as one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers. We look forward to working together with them.

330 Portage is getting a new façade, and it’s coming along ahead of schedule! The new curtain wall glazing system being installed in 330 Portage is a state-of-the-art curtain wall system that will provide superior insulating and glazing performance for the foreseeable future. This will translate into greater comfort year round resulting in more consistent temperatures which will provide benefits for the entire operation of the building. The new vision glass and spandrel panels update the aesthetic of the building bringing 330 Portage in line with the new developments in Winnipeg's SHED district and position the property for more integration into Winnipeg's downtown renewal in the future.

We’re ecstatic to announce that on June 10th, Tahini’s opened for business at Westmount Shopping Centre. Tahini’s specializes in authentic Mediterranean cuisine, a great addition to the Westmount campus.
